Cream Spinach

- 40 g butter
- 40 g flour
- 1/8l cream
- 500 g frozen spinach
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 clove of garlic–tipp: if available use finely cut lycopod instead of garlic!
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add flour and fry shortly, pour cream and simmer for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add spinach, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes.
