Potato Röstis (Thinly Sliced Fried Potatoes)

- 1 kg potatoes
- 50 g grated old Gouda
- 2 TBL oil, 1 TBL butter
- Cook potatoes until medium done, peel and let cool down. Grate coarsely using a vegetable grater, add salt and grated Gouda.
- Fry the mixture in an oil-butter mixture for 5–6 minutes on each side. Turn out on a plate.
