Potato Röstis (Thinly Sliced Fried Potatoes)

  1. Cook potatoes until medium done, peel and let cool down. Grate coarsely using a vegetable grater, add salt and grated Gouda.
  2. Fry the mixture in an oil-butter mixture for 5–6 minutes on each side. Turn out on a plate.
