Potato Schmarren (Gratin)

- 500 g salad potatoes
- 1 large onion
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Cook potatoes in the pressure cooker until done, in the meantime dice onions and sauté in olive oil until golden-brown.
- Peel hot potatoes, slice thinly, salt, pepper and fry together with the onions.
