Light golden colour with juvenile reflections. Intense fruity nose with tangerine, candied fruit, sugar melon, vineyard peach and generally stone-fruit. Delicate almost fresh hint of honey, seductive fragrance. A wine for newcomers in the noble sweet wine sphere. Multi-faceted, sweet with juicy acidity and really elegant creamy texture. Stewed peaches, well integrated higher amounts of residual sugar, very juicy – a “Beerenauslese” with mighty understatement. Who is still able to resist … has to pass right away to the Rust Ausbruch!
Goose liver with Muscat raisins, sugared pancake with stewed plums (Kaiserschmarrn), nectarine ice-cream with fruit pieces, desserts with local fruits such as strawberries or greengage, rice pudding with raspberry syrup, etc.
