Light straw yellow with brilliant platinic reflections, distinct viscosity, hay flowers, juicy pears, a lot of ripe yellow fruits – all what the sun generated in that year, a touch of honey melon next to a juicy mandarine, very inviting and animating. Delicate residual sugar accompanied by a vibrant fruit performance, balanced, animating acidity – leads to perfect harmony suffused by pears, yellow and ripe tropical fruits and yellow field flowers yet seducing to a large sip. A classic yet state-of-the-art late harvest which carries on a long tradition.
Hand-picked end of September 2015 selectively into small boxes.
