Straw yellow. Animating, racy, fine. Fragrant - yellow peach followed by nutmeg, mandarin and crisp grapes directly picked from the vine or the other way round. Intensive and inviting. Fruity freshness and fresh fruitiness – a bouquet in the very sense of the word! Dry, vital and chiselled. The refined, juicy provides for elegance and crispiness, fine nutmeg spice. White flowers and a subtle finish of elder blossoms, accompanied by some anise and fennel seeds. A classy Muscat from silicate soils in Rust – every year. Has a cheery and animating effect.
Wild chicken breast with celery. As animating aperitif at the beginning of a reggae night. Brings relief during long periods of hot weather. A wonderful companion to a finely herb-flavoured cuisine, stewed tomatoes with laurel, terrines of goat cheese, light salads. To be quite honest – who would ever turn down such a nice Muscat-spritzer? Dry alternative when there is no Muscato left.
