Making
Harvested on August 25, 2022, 100% healthy Zweigelt grapes, destemmed, pressed, and clarified by flotation. Chilled down to 2 °C (35,6 °F), EK layer filtered and then pasteurized and finally carbonated and bottled. Alcohol-free and sulfur-free. Considered as food.
