Glorious golden yellow, rich traces of viscosity on the glass, delicate notes of honey, a fragrance that mirrors the extremely late date of harvesting, most delicate blossom honey, underpinned by slight notes of passion fruit, pineapple and stewed apricots – simply delicious. Noble sweetness combined with racy yet balanced acidity, soft peach skin, fragrant yellow fruit flesh, notes of various stone fruits, juicy all through.
