Pale golden yellow, very intense aromas, sweet tropical fruits and cloves, red and yellow floral bouquet. Mouthwatering and refreshing. Hints of lime and mineral notes, altogether youthful and pleasant. Delicate sweetness with a nicely balancing acidity, easy going, wide aroma spectrum and fruit charme. Brilliant, long lasting luscious fruit. A tantalising and delicate late harvest wine that lives up to all expectations.

Harvested by hand in small boxes end of October 2004.The grapes were de-stemmed and then left on the skins for 6 hours followed by gentle pressing. The fermentation took place in temperature controlled INOX tanks at low temperatures. The tanks were then cooled to stop the fermentation. Filtration, maturaration in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling in April 2005.
