Intensive purple, almost black, dense viscosity, voluminous and very characteristic aromas on the nose. Peppermint, lots of black berries, noble chocolate at the right temperature. Noble note of cedar with a delicate toasting, very complex appearance. Dry, compact tannin frame, cool berry fruit, due to its intensive aromas nice to chew. Long. An example that it works without jam. Very dense with a high ageing potential – Selecting and harvesting team, thank you very much!
Haunch of venison with juniper jus, breast of muscovy duck with brandy sauce and fried chestnut dumplings, goose salami. Accompanying the film of the year in director’s cut etc.
